What should be paid attention to during the operation of Raymond Mill?

" A short time before,I buy a Raymond mill,could you give me some notes for using it correctly? "

Answered by Mr. Yang, Henan Fote Heavy Machinery Engineering Manager:

(1) This machine crushes the material by the pounding and friction between the grinding roller, grinding ring and grinding material. Therefore, the vibration and noise are large when the machine runs but the sound is well-distributed and has no irregular sound. Please stop immediately and carry out examination when there's irregular sound or the current of the main frame rises abruptly and does not drop after a long while.

(2) The particle size of input material should be well-distributed and the speed should be appropriate. If the speed is too slow, the production will be reduced. If the speed is too fast, the air duct will be chocked up and the machine doesn't work even causing an accident and input speed can be adjusted according to the lift of main frame motor current.

(3) The material entering the main frame for abrasion should be in block state; the powder or the more powder in block state will bring down the output of Grinding mill.

(4) The transducer is adapted to govern the speed of the analytic engine. Users should choose corresponding rotation of the analytic engine according to the finished products sizes. The higher the rotate speed is, the finer the finished products sizes will be.

(5) Examine the bearings frequently, stop the machine and carry out the examination immediately when the temperature is over 60 centigrade degree or there is irregular noise.

(6) The installing set should have a test run first to examine the correctness and reliability of installation. The test run of the empty machine should run exceed two minutes then stop it and inspect the flexibility of every part rotation, super-heating, loosening of bolts and shock of the complete machine. After adjustment, material input and test production can be carried out. Stop and examine the above-mentioned items after one hour and lift out the grinding roller equipment to examine the connecting bolts especially re-tighten the compression nuts. It can turn into regular production if there's no problem.
