FTM magnetic separation process is a kind of mineral processing production line, which mainly use magnetic differences to carry out mineral beneficiation, commonly used for manganese ore, magnetite, pyrrhotite, calcined ore, ilmenite, hematite and limonite ore and so on, also used in coal, non-metallic mineral, building materials and other materials to wipe off iron.The new magnetic beneficiation production line consists of jaw crusher, ball mill, classifier, magnetic separator, concentrator, dryer and other major equipment, cooperating with the feeder, bucket elevator, belt conveyor.

Process 

The materials in storage bin are sent to PE jaw crusher for primary crushing by vibrating feeder, next they are transported to PEX jaw crusher for second crushing, materials from the conveyor to the vibrating screen after the second inspection on discharging granularity. The unqualified materials are returned to the PEX jaw crusher broken again, qualified materials are sent to the ball mill for grinding, then graded by the classifier according to size, qualified minerals are sent to the magnetic separator for rough separating, and then into the second magnetic separator for fine separating, after selection of the material by dehydration can get corresponding minerals.
