1978-1987 The first ten years of China opening-up and reform

In the early years of China opening-up and reform, Chinese manufacturing industry begins to revive gradually. In the middle of Eighties, Chinese manufacturing industry begins to rise again. At this moment State-run enterprises are still the absolute mainstream of Chinese manufacturing industry. Some military enterprises began producing commercial products, so the predecessor of our company Henan First Machinery Factory becomes one of these State-run enterprises. We are found in 1982 be called as Henan First Machinery Factory.

1988-1997 The second decade of China opening-up and reform

With the continue open of national policy, private Manufacturing industry has been raised. In that case, Henan Fote Heavy Machinery Co,ltd. was found as the joint-stock Limited company to produce the mining machinery at November 15th,1995.

1998-2007 The third decades of China opening-up and reform

Chinese manufacturing has truly integrated the world market, "Made in China" was well known by worldwide.

In 1999 we cooperated with the metal Institute of metallurgy industry department to get the advanced techniques and transfer of technology.

In 2001 we cooperated with Zhengzhou railway station mining machinery factory to adapt the developing requirement of international railway and road, authorized to produce the heavy road bridge machinery

In 2002 February we were authorized to enter the Zhengzhou new hi-tech technical industry development zone China by the government.

In 2005 April we were found the mining machinery Institute and passed the ISO9001:2000 international certificate of quality management system.

In 2006 The Luoyang Zhengde manufacturing base put into production

2012 Zhengzhou headquarters manufacturing base put into production.

Now our company has become a major mining machinery manufacturer and export base in China. We have tens of thousands of users throughout China and more than 30 world markets.
